Southern Artist, Lora McGowan has been painting since she was a young girl. Although attending Southern Illinois School of Fine Arts, it was watching her mother and grandmother paint in her childhood home that instilled a love for painting. Her past and passions play out on her canvas, bringing to life southern scenes of farm animals and childhood memories.
